Calligraphy lesson 1

In our first calligraphy lesson we explored how to use calligraphy pens. We practiced lines and curves. Sounds quite simple but when the point of pen needs to be in 45° angle and your hand needs to move without twisting your wrist.. well, it's not that simple!

In the end of the lesson I was brave enough to write italic small caps. There is a certain order how to draw lines.. and you need to draw your lines from top to bottom.
